Medical Letter (Med Ltr) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal committed to the principles of transparency, accessibility, and ethical publishing in accordance with internationally recognized standards and best practices, including the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics and the requirements commonly followed by major indexing databases.

 

Authors publishing in Medical Letter retain the copyright of their work. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership. Instead, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article as the original publisher.
