Medical Letter (Med Ltr) is a fully Open Access journal committed to the free and unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge. All articles published in Medical Letter are made freely available online immediately upon publication and can be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, and cited without subscription fees or registration requirements.

To support editorial management, peer review, production, DOI registration, online hosting, and long-term archiving, Medical Letter charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 for accepted manuscripts.

 

  • No fee is charged at the time of submission.
  • APC is payable only after acceptance following peer review.
  • The APC has no influence on editorial decisions, which are based solely on academic merit, quality, and ethical standards.
