Publication Schedule

Medical Letter (Med Ltr) is published on a Biannual basis, with two issues per year.

The journal publishes issues according to the following schedule:

• Issue 1: January – June
• Issue 2: July – December

Continuous Publication

Accepted articles may be published online after completion of the editorial process, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, and DOI assignment, and will subsequently be assigned to the next available issue.

Timely Publication

The Editorial Board is committed to ensuring the timely publication of high-quality scholarly research while maintaining rigorous peer-review, editorial, and ethical standards.

Publication timelines may vary depending on:

• Peer-review completion
• Author revisions
• Editorial evaluation
• Production and proofreading processes

Special Issues

Medical Letter may occasionally publish special issues or supplementary issues on emerging topics in medical and health sciences. All special issues are subject to the same peer-review procedures, editorial policies, and ethical standards as regular issues.
